Wilson racquets dominates in Australian Open quarterfinals

All quarterfinal names are set for Australian Open 2016. Lets have a look on equipment side of business.

Mens quarterfinals:

In mens quarterfinal we will see 4 players playing with Wilson racquet, 3 players with Head racquets and 1 with Prince rackets. Wilson has certainty that at least one player with Wilson racket will play in semifinal (it will be either Raonic or Monfils). On Tuesday we will see two clashes of titans between racket brands. Head will challenge Wilson twice as Djokovic will meet Nishikori and Berdych will play Federer.



Women quarterfinals:

Wilson dominates also in women quarterfinals. 4 players with Wilson racquet will play players with other racquet brands. Two times Wilson players will meet with Babolat racquet players and once with Head and once with Yonex racquet. However  no racquet brand has absolut certainty that their racquet will show up in semifinal.

We will see if Wilson will cash in from their absolute dominance, as 8 players out of 16 use their racquet (50%). Head keeps 25% of player pool participating in quarterfinal (4 out of 16), Babolat with two women players has 12,5% share and Yonex and Prince holds for 6,25% each (1 of 16).
