Tennis season 2016 is just behind the corner. As usually start of the season takes place in Australia and New Zealand. And for us the start of tennis season is always connected with Hopman Cup. Team competition with good players playing for their countries.
This year organizers made really good job and we will see top players in national colors. Serena Williams, Karolina Pliskova, Sabine Lisicki between women players and Andy Murray, Gael Monfils (*was replaced by Kenny de Schepper) and immortal Lleyton Hewitt between men. What a nominations. All is open and we are really curious if Andy Murray together with Heather Watson will continue in Davis Cup success and win another trophy for British tennis, or Serena Williams starts another succesful season with win. So lot of a good tennis matches ahead of us.
As you can expect from our site, we crunched numbers for tennis racket brands we will see on tournament. Just 4 brands will take part there with lead going to Wilson and Babolat as 5 players out of 16 will use this brand. Second most used racket brand will be Yonex with 4 players . Last used brand is Head with just two players. However one is Andy Murray. So their hope for win is high.
