Which rackets WTA tennis pros use?

CHECK LATEST POST WITH STATISTICS ABOUT MOST USED TENNIS RACKETS IN PROFESSIONAL TENNIS.

We prepared quite simple research about racket brands and types used by WTA tennis pros. (You can see the table with all the datas here)

If we look on numbers we crunched from women tennis we see that there are two dominant brands. Wilson and Babolat are fighting for top spot in women tennis. Wilson have 35 tennis pros playing with their racket with position in WTA TOP 100. Babolat slightly lag with just 32 women professionals in WTA TOP 100 playing with their rackets. If look just on the best, we see that Wilson have 14 pros in WTA TOP 30 and 6 players in WTA TOP 10 and Babolat lags behind with just 9 tennis pros in WTA TOP 30 and just 2 women in WTA TOP 10. So we have clear winner in woman tennis and that is Wilson.

Third spot is reserved for Head with 12 players in WTA TOP 100, fourth place belongs to Yonex with 7 players in WTA TOP 100. We got different picture when we look on WTA TOP 30, where Yonex have 4 players and Head just 2 players. Both Head and Yonex have just one tennis pro in WTA TOP 10.

From other racket brands, there is just Prince who stand out with 6 women pros in WTA TOP 100. Then Srixon have 3 players, Tecnifibre 2 players, Dunlop, Volkl and Slazenger have 1 tennis pro in WTA TOP 100 each.

However the choice of your racket is just up to you, if you like to compare your choice with choice of Serena Williams or Maria Sharapova, you can find all WTA TOP 100 tennis players in our comprehensive table here. You can also search shorter lists WTA TOP 30 tennis pros or WTA 10 tennis pros or you can list via separate brands list of players in right column.
