Skechers Pickleball Shoes

Southern Californian company Skechers, known for its comfortable sports and lifestyle footwear, became the official partner of the U.S. Open Pickleball Championships. The multi-year agreement is the first step for Skechers into the new sport. Pickleball became another part of their successful sports section including golf, running, and trial so far. Skechers will provide footwear for the pickleball championship and moreover, it will introduce their first Skechers pickleball shoes called Skechers Viper Court.

Skechers Viper Court Pickleball Shoes

Skechers’ shoes are known for their maximum comfortability, and lightweight, and the same is valid for their pickleball footwear. Skechers Viper Court model took a lot from Skechers Viper Sport shoes.

Skechers Viper Sport uses Goodyear rubber outsole, HyperBurst, and M-Strike technologies. You can check how they look here.

Skechers Viper Court Pickleball shoes have the Goodyear rubber outsole for better grip and stability, and the Arch Fit insole. The removable insole is embedded to reduce shock. The shoes are ultra-lightweight.

Shoes will be available in ladies’ and men’s versions and in different colours (see below).

Ladies’ colours: white, black/pink, grey/purple, white/lavender, turquoise

Men colours: yellow/navy, black/gold, white/navy, white/black

The sale of Viper Court started at the US Open Pickleball Championships (April 23rd till April 30th, 2022). Tyson McGuffin and Catherine Parenteau became the faces of the new Skechers pickleball footwear.

Skechers Viper Court pickleball shoes are available at Amazon and in selected retail stores from May 2022.

I believe these pickleball shoes will be just the start of a new journey for Skechers in pickleball, and more models will follow.
