Poll: Will be the ATP/WTA Tennis Season 2020 canceled? – Tennis Column #40

The statement from WTA and ATP is clear. After Wimbledon’s statement about canceling this year’s edition, the ATP and WTA tour will not start before July 13. Grass season has the same fate as clay season. No tournament before July 13 is the hard but expected decision.

I know that all tennis fans and players wish for season restart as early as possible. However, the current situation does not look very favorable for a quick and easy solution where everybody will be safe and healthy.

I already tweeted that I see chances for this season to resume 50/50.
