SPRING CLAY TENNIS SEASON 2018

We are just one weekend from the full start of clay tennis season 2018. Marrakech and Houston will open the spring clay season on Monday, April 9th for men and Bogota and Lugano for ladies. Then two months full of interesting matches and tournaments on clay will follow. Spring clay season 2018 will finish with French Open in Paris. The king and queen of clay will be crowned at Rolland Garros courts on June, 10th. Here is the look at the full spring calendar with names of defending champions and winning brands.

MEN SPRING CLAY TENNIS SEASON 2018

Healthy Nadal is the biggest favorite. Even defending 4 titles is not impossible for healthy Rafa. But injuries are following him from the start of 2018 season, so there is a pretty big chance for someone new to be clay king of spring 2018. Also “Babolat less Nadal” will have a tough task to defend as many tournament wins as in 2017.

What do you think? Will Nadal win again or someone new will be crowned in Paris? Give us your opinion at our poll.

LADIES SPRING CLAY TENNIS SEASON 2018

There was one dominant brand on clay between the ladies. Wilson, with 6 tournament wins out of 11, ruled the clay season 2017. But is it possible to repeat? Elena Svitolina would like to confirm her ambitions not only in Rome and Istanbul, where she defends the title. First Grand Slam win is her main target, but not just her. The number of potential winners is pretty wide.

Would you dare to predict the winner of French Open? Show us your opinion at our poll.
