Klizan moves to Babolat racket

Martin Klizan, currently no. 43 in ATP rankings, entered new season with lot of changes. After splitting his ways with his coach Martin Damm in summer he decided he needs also new racket. So he changed his Head racket and starts new season with Babolat racket.

New season, new coach Martin Hronec, new marketing manager Jozef Korbel (former media manager of cycling star Peter Sagan) and also new Babolat racket. We will see brand new Martin Klizan in year 2016. He hopes that all changes will help him to return to ATP TOP 30.

However start was not so succesful as he lost 2-6 3-6 with Kyle Edmund in 1st round match in Doha, Qatar.

We updated all related tables – BRANDS, BABOLAT Rackets and HEAD Rackets. This move means that now the share of Babolat and Head between ATP TOP 100 players is equal as each brand is used by 24 players. However Head still has bigger participation between ATP TOP 10 and TOP 30 players.
